I called Orange today for another issue and got talking about the Ksh 2000/2000Mbytes service. A CS lady called Beth, after a brief discussion with her supervisor, confirmed that the above package was available, to my surprise as last week it wasn't after talking to another CS person and also unable to buy that bundle. She was apologetic about the misinformation I had received last week. I loaded ksh 2000, bought the bundle and it works.
