[Skunkworks] Is there a Kenyan C# and ASP.NET online group or mailing list that is aggressively active?

Gentlemen/Ladies who are involved with the above platform, care to make any recommendations or suggestions? If one does not exist let us create one, as Kenyan internet online space is literally crying out for our takings. I've not mastered it yet and am in no rush whatsoever, but would find it very useful to share and motivate one another to get our projects online within set timely targets.
