So, suppose there was someone who uses SWIFT in this forum, how do you suppose they could change your fortunes with the matter? What sort of help do you expect, actually, when it's already a court case?

Perhaps there is a fine print somewhere, which you are not telling us about, which is the subject of the court case? We might end up breaching the sub-judice clause/law...
