@Marosi, actually, app store downloads hit 25 billion in March this year http://www.apple.com/pr/library/2012/03/05Apples-App-Store-Downloads-Top-25-Billion.html. Incredible milestone despite the fact that these apps are paid for (most of them). Sometimes I tend to think Apps (and by extension the underlying OS) heavily define the success of a mobile platform, and not hardware per se.
