@Aki. Now i am not against using others code in some circumstances like (i use wordpress :)) in a certain place). Anyway, The point is personally I self confess that i am an "Original Coder" as you put it. I develop ALL my code from scratch be it php, java, c# or javacript. but those are not my favorite languages and that explains why I have a loving preference for C/C++. YES I develop original code in C/C++ and push myself to optimize it to the bone and program direct to hardware. I have also coded in ix86 ASM. When i mention C++ I am not talking about MFC on Windows but on windows i prefer to go directly into the Win 32 API. The reason I code from scratch most of and all of the time is that it builds me as a developer and why i use C/C++ and ASM it allows me to get as close as possible to the hardware and allows me to truly understand what exactly is happening in my applications.
