Looks like Safcom is working out a strategy.<br><br>They now have an &quot;unlimited internet&quot; offer that rolls through a given month, only that you get to enjoy 3G speeds to a certain bundle threshold. Thereafter, your speeds are throttled depending on the bundle you had purchased (Top-up amount).  <br>
