They've built a number of great apps, and unique to their portfolio is an sms/ussd driven m-shwari like app, and an m-pesa API (a REST based API that's much easier to use than the SOAP interface safcom provides) They will soon have two vacancies for a software developer position. They would like someone familiar with PHP (especially the OOP aspects of PHP) or Java. Familiarity with server-side frameworks (for instance kohana, yii, codeigniter etc) is a major plus. Additionally, general web front-end skills such as familiarity with jQuery, angularJS or backbone would be a great plus too. Experience with android programming would be awesome too. You do not need to have a grasp on all of the above, and knowing a sub-set of the above skills will get you Telemathix's attention.
