The mobile companies own the billing system, HLR/VLR records what's the way out? other than outright filing for bankruptcy??
All of a sudden your prepaid line isn't soo attractive, be very afraid when you rip open your next bill. Isn't this a good place for CCK Consumer division and Consumer advocate groups should step in? Am not a merchant of fear but a stiff dose of reality!
