Hi,<div>I can only access the 21Mbps in Westlands. Anywhere else it switches to Edge. Interestingly when I put it in a phone I still get decent 3G speeds - about 3Mbps is the max I have gotten.</div><div><br>Regards,</div>

you could have asked them to check for oyu whether your in their coverage vicinity ...i had the same problem so we had to check the coverage and where i am located ...i can access the internet but not at their predefined speeds of 21 ...slightly lower than that ...but i cant complain....its ok with me .<br>
