[Skunkworks] OT: Anyone with an explanation for this?

There is this place somewhere in Ukambani that allegedly there is no / negative gravity. water flows uphill, a vehicle left on free rolls up- road. Anyone know if an explanation was ever found / given for this phenomena? -- Someone in Kenya cares about the environent. http://www.cra-africa.info
