Thanks for the info guys, from what is see picostation and UAP-outdoor specs are almost similar and are a good option for me.

The unifi controller seems to be better for administration than AirOS 5, what's your take on that? The picostation can also be modified to use unify controller.

Nanostation is good but only supports b and g devices, picostation and unifi support b,g,n.

Thanks and regards,

Ian

Correction: I mean to say Bullet OR picostation; not Bullet ON picostation.

I think I'd use the Bullet on picostation M2 for that.
100 metres apart - even 1 bullet/picostation should be enough. I have a picostation M2 that can be 'seen' 100 metres away.
You can always play with the Distance factor within the AirOS. It's somewhere under Advance settings.
I haven't used the Bullet though, but they all use the same AirOS so I believe settings are the same, only coverage range differs because of the power, etc

Hi peeps,
Has anyone used ubiquity unifi access points? What is your experience? Do they actually do the range and data transfer and client capacity as they advertise?

Where can i get some? What are the alternatives for an office environment, with offices in 2 buildings 100 meters apart, and a total of about 75 users?

Thanks and regards,

Ian
