Hi Skunks ,Is there any Techie who works at Samsung Service Center here ? If so you need to advice all your retailers & customers on ADH Warranty .Just FYI if you purchase an S4/S5 from an accredited Samsung dealer you are entitled to 24 Months Limited Warranty and an ADH ( Accidental Damage from Handling) Cover .http://www.samsung.com/africa_en/ADH.html This cover helps you get FREE SCREEN REPLACEMENT , In-case of accidental damage or mishandling.Please note the the ADH cover can only be acquired one month after purchase of the phone failure to which you miss out on future screen repairs . I have had a back and forth exchange between between both Samsung & Safaricom each trying to explain this without any help . Samsung had the phone for 3 Days while Safaricom raised a service request to be handles in 336 HRS which is not a guarantee of replacement 3 Months after purchase.I just hope Safaricom Retailers can give more information on this cover to customers to save users from damages of over Kshs. 17000 .Have a nice evening guys and stay informed.Regards, Charles
