Well, you are free to install anything on Android. Here, people don't depend on some adult somewhere telling them what they can install and what they can't.The only limitation here is the tech IQ of users. Most users do not understand their way around technology and trust those adverts from the Russians asking them to scan their phone by installing some shady app.--
