Pessimistic View: We have enough ISPs. licenses would be revoked later, for they will not be using them.

Optimistic View: Another media: Internet via DVB-T, Internet via DVB-C, Internet Via DVB-S?  We are not far from this... watch this space!

I think more rather than DSTV being an ISP, why not have iWay introduce a way to transmit DVB-S on to their equipment such that you have a single triple play modem. This way DSTV maintain core business & iway provide support.
Just an idea. 
But will still be too expensive for wanjiku.
