Rumour has it that, while most cops are on the "lookout" for terrorist like elements, the local "terrorists" aka thugs now have a field day car jacking the usual suspects aka city hoppa's. Would be laptop carriers and "mr/mrs money bags" are requested to continue with caution [all pun intended]. if you are on ngong road avoid 4c/w & 111 between 7:30pm & 8:30pm if you can, however, if that is your route home either go home early or stay late, alternatively make your way to railways.
