I also have another issue with KRA portal. After making an online application which was successful and the sending of the PIN, password and the security stamp, I'm unable to log on to my "account" because apparently, the Password kind of generates six more characters which are concealed from me. Then I'm told to pay a visit at the nearest KRA office. Now surely, what is the essence of allowing this online application yet there are limitations to it. I've had to maintain a Tomcat 6.0 based application here at work and that thing has issues! I wouldn't be suprised if the error had nothing to do with "*No saved view state could be found for the view identifier*".
