I've actually had two instances of OTA since acquiring the phone - 3 weeks or so ago and this past weekend.The one of 3 weeks is the one that messed up Android norm of finding media files inside /Media - I could get my favorite ringtone/notification to work. That's new! Tecno for the longest time didn't have OTA updates and that was one of the Achilles heel for the brand. At launch of the Phantom Z earlier this year they promised that updates will be forthcoming. Good to know they actually do.

The bug was resolved by a software update Tecno released this past weekend.
The update also addressed a stupid issue I had with accessing my custom ringtones from \Media\ folder.
