[Skunkworks] Courts ordered to get digital in 18 months!

This will profoundly improve access to justice in Kenya. --- President Kibaki spelt out the challenges that lie ahead including ambitious infrastructure projects and the computerisation of land records and court proceedings. “I am also directing that lands and business registries be converted into electronic records. I direct the (relevant ministries) to ensure that these systems are in place and fully operational in the next 18 months.
