@Joseph Maina I beg to differ. Not all are scams. @Steve Muchai ask your niece to check out a Facebook page called Awesome Transcribers. It's run by Kenyans and there are quite a number of success stories and loads of advice (for free!). P.S. I know 3 people who make a living from online jobs so there's hope. -- Mutinda Kitana P.O. Hi good people. My niece recently got wind of these online jobs that apparently pay well and wants in on it. She actually did some transcription and data entry on a "trial" basis but never got the cash (she's been checking her PayPal account every nine minutes). There's some local guys who claim to hook up freelancers to such jobs but at a fee, and I've told her that's probably a scam too. Problem is I don't know where to refer her to.
Has anyone here had luck with such?
Regards, Steve
