With the advent of "fast internet speeds", the difference in programming
skills between our developers and the western world should not be that big.
With all the technological forays kenya is making, statehouse website
should be closer to http://whitehouse.gov.

But i would not be surprised if http://statehouse.go.ke cost more than the
whitehouse one[?]...

Kenya is among top countries for wedesign labour in elance, oDesk n major freelance websites meaning we produce international standards work, so having such sites beats logic
