Now you're talking... all those 'geeky' explanations are meant to make simple reload and accurate balance confirmations complaints distract. i.e. to make users feel 'stupid' and shut them up. Mobile operators are robbers, dream on calling them angels if you want.
The thing that makes these companies behave in this manner is the way our government 'protects' them. Why, for instace, do they advertise and offer something different from what is on the paper! I won't call them angels or devils, but they are pathetic, when it comes to seervice provision!
I am curious as to why CCK still has not published Civil Society's and ICT Consumers comments ( especially on Consumer protection and Tariffs) at http://www.cck.go.ke/published_responses/ ??? I will soon circulate my comments and others' onlists so that all can understand how bad the consumer protection situation really is...
