But I have noted from several people&#39;s tweets and facebook status updates that there seems to be some anomaly with Safaricom&#39;s billing. I am yet to get any communication from Safcom regarding this matter (whether they are aware of it or not, but I&#39;m 99% that sure word must have reached them about it). Since this price war began, I really don&#39;t understand what the matter is with Safcom. They seem to be doing one blunder after another. I haven&#39;t been following up on how they&#39;re billing me on my phone (I&#39;m not even sure what tariff I&#39;m on), so I cannot tell whether or not it has happened to me as well. But I have been hearing complaints - that I can confirm.<br>
