@Washingtom, The point that point being put across is that everybody is complaining and not doing what they are supposed to do. Instead of each one of us playing their part, we pass the blame. What i disagree with is that as a country we are incompetent. Kenya has very competent citizens. It is just that a culture has developed where we do as little as possible and pass the blame. Just noted there is a lot of bashing all over the country .ke blaming the fault on others in-comptence.
For instance, techies here bash/blame (MNO's) Safaricom, YU, Airtel etc for their services and in-competence of systems, the same guys, citizens plus MNO guys blame & bash City councils on incompetence and service levels, we all go ahead blame KPLC for the same incompetence and services levels, among those doing the bashing are our own Police service who we again blame and bash for incompetence, then it shifts to blaming constructors for roads and buildings etc, just but to mention the circle. The road accidents are on the rise, then we start blaming matatu and PSV vehicle drivers who again blame 'watu wa personal' then probox drivers!
I mean aren't we the same people in these different organisation or case and does it show we are just an incompetent country and lay the blame on others.

Do you know of any society devoid of complaints? Even in the most efficient of systems, complaints still abound. Personally, I don't see where you are coming from, but I do know a complaint is a way of saying, this is not coming out as expected. It is a form of feedback, which calls for the entities responsible to take some form of action, put in place certain mechanisms to help address the anomalies, real or perceived.
