If we replace the ant with a human being and based on the avarage length of adult human steps of 80.4cm and the mean distance from earth to the moon of 385,000km, then it would take an adult human 478,558,111steps to the moon.

Good for you. Most people do not think that the moon rotates on its
axis. The Moon rotates at the same speed as it orbits the Earth. So,
in the 27.32 days it takes the Moon to go around Earth, the Moon also
spins about its axis one full revolution. That's why we always see the
same face of the Moon.
