I would like to know how banks print their pins for credit or debit card, the pins that come out with a paper that is sealed and blacked out from the outside to avoid viewing of the pin, 

I would like to know how this is done whether a special printer/software or process is used as I would like to implement them in another module (not debit or credit card, just issuing of PINS to some group of users)
