Kwani the installation fee doesn't cover the technician? What is that fee for then?
Still beats having to pay close to 40k to have the DStv Explora decoder installed.As for the upgrade fee, there might be more to be done other than just "unscrewing the cable from the old one and screwing it into the new one", but since this decoder appears to be for cable users alone, I can't imagine what else could need a technician to upgrade to work with the new decoder.Kind Regards,
