This looks like an advert by a "recruitment agency", and not a real "software shop". These guys have no clue of what it takes to work in the fields that they're recruiting for. So this looks like a short cut on their part - that to be earning that amount, someone else (they guy paying you that much) must have made sure that you know what you're doing. Unfortunately this isn't true all of the time. And of course they severely limit their pool of potential recruits. Joseph.
