Is it possible for people to make more calls at lower prices and so much so that it cushions against the price reduction? Secondly how is it that the GOK would want to regulate fuel prices to ensure that they are low to tackle inflation yet want to increase per minute call charges increasing the rate of inflation? Aren't they both in the inflation computation index? Does our beloved PS seem to favour a higher price regime and what possible benefit would that be to the Kenyan economy? Kiania D.
