Its funny nowadays..in interview sessions..you might think someone is looking to trap you.But in fact they are very serious and believing that they are very right.Buy the way Naive job seekers don't throw balls to these arrogant guys. In fact when things change in labor markets so that every stake holder have a fare share ,then all these none senses would be eliminated.
