Is sunkworks content licensed as Creative Commons? This is Sic! You cant just start posting people's content on the web without their consent. I dont care who you are.

When I subscribed to this list I dont remember seeing terms that allowed my contributions to be published on the net. That site carries no terms, no references, no disclaimers.... nothing. Whoever this is should be handed a cease-and-desist email or something.
