On my view, should be simple i.e a spacious club within CBD, we preserve an area, noise free and accommodate to all type, i.e Alcohol free guys or such. CBD for those who do not drive and Price friendly for the starters or poor guys. i.e someone to be able to buy for him/herself a soda or such.
