I tend to disagree. I've explored ArgoUML (http://argouml.tigris.org) and I'm also sure there's something going on with the Eclipse.
Tried using that sometime back ... but it really wasnt usable for the scenario i wanted to use it for. I know some people have been able to use it for their requirements.
