I *urgently* need a J2ME developer who also has php, sql skills. Any suggestions?

SDKs are out there. Symbian has one, iPhone has another and Microsoft has its version, including tutorials. I'd guess that at least 50% of the code in form of classes and namespaces has already been done for you.
 
Anyone working on these? Whether commercially or privately or just a hobby?
