One of my favorite methods of stacking up GPUs is to compare their MODERN gaming performance side by side.
  1. Rambaza huku → http://www.notebookcheck.net/Computer-Games-on-Laptop-Graphic-Cards.13849.0.html,
  2. Check "Show desktop and notebook GPUs"
  3. Hit restrict
  4. Ctrl-F for all your desired cards and tick their respective checkboxes (first column of the list)
  5. Scroll to the bottom-left of the GPU list and hit restrict
  6. All your cards ranked according to power
Very usefull webapp that!
1.5 years ago i was searching for a lappy that can run GTA4 for as little bling as possible,
It helped me to settle for a dv5 with a 9600M GT

Anyways, The Radeon HD 5850 seems to top that list

For those in the know, please advise me:

What functionality differences would I experience between the following GPUs:

NVIDIA Geforce GTS450 PCI-E 2.0 x16 1GB
ASUS ATI RADEON 5750 PCI-E X16 1GB HDM
ATI RADEON 5850 1GB DDR5 PCI-E DUAL DVI

And in any case, where would I get a good offer on the NVIDIA card from in town? What is the approximate price?
