@Kiuna, You'll be surprised who is reading this list! Anyway, even if the HRM is not reading this list, do you think you can even have time to interview that guy? I hope I am not being harsh on him, but I did read the whole e-mail and found all the pertinent details, and so wondered whether he even took his time to go through that e-mail. I'd be very very surprised if even the poster had any time (or courtesy) to respond to him. He couldn't even spell the poster's name to start with.. What I am saying is not that he shouldn't apply for the job (after all the "dissection", as you call it), but he should learn to inject some patience into what he does, kill all the anxiety and pay attention to detail. He should never be in such a rush, because it depicts him as one person who fails to read between the lines, and so reflects quite negatively on his attributes.
