@Aki I went to the NSE site to try and find out what services a data vendor can provide, and what restrictions there are. There is a link 'Data Vendors'. Clicking it will take you here http://www.nse.co.ke/newsite/inner.asp?cat=dv. To my complete lack of surprise, that page is of no help.
I however agree with you -- end users need some reassurance of the source of the data and the exact time. Perhaps a simple hashing algorith with a hyperlink link back to the NSE to verify the data or something
