If you are on iOS 5.1 jailbreaking is easy using Absinthe. What I can't quite speak for is the unlocking part via SAM.

So, the CDMA part of your Orange iPhone 4S is almost useless, unless the CDMA network allows it to work.

So normally the official CDMA carriers will have the identity modules directly build-in to their iPhone order by Apple.
