The problem is not the education system. It is us who were there before them.
Someone was gently and patient enough to show us us the ropes. In our pursuit for
"get rich quicker schemes" we forgot that we need to also pass the skills to the ones after us.

Why can't you just show the guys how to do it? at least twice. If they can't get it, then even if they were taught
in school, they still would not have gottent it!
That is why they on internship! to learn! and learn! not to work!

I have two Interns who have no clue about dismantling a computer, leave alone replace a cooler fan. I'm disappointed in our education systems. These are basics like sprinkling salt on food.
