I don't really use safaricom but all I hear are complains every week. Pole sana Joram for that but clearly you and other safaricom users need to know where to draw the line. We have 3 other operators with very great offers by the way and less issues to deal with. Since it seems they cannot improve on the core business so its time you show them they need you to survive. Or we have a mailing list just for this issues, lol.
