[Skunkworks] Equity bank atm

hi guyz is Equity bank upgrading there ATM thats why none is working in most branches or any IT guy from equity please , cause your service is detoriating and not to mention the the way the ATM keeps retenting Cards (happend thrice in this month) am just from opening another account in a diiferent bank, any one from Equity to explain whats happening
