The challenge is actually on the business model, startimes gives the broadcasters the option of putting them in their "premium" pool at no expense to them (the broadcasters) or in the "free" pool at their own expense, some of these costs are rather steep considering the uptake, Something that at this momemt is a rather "hard to justify" for most providers, So many opt for the paid version which sadly is a Win - Lose against the consumers...
