the infor is not enough to provide a concrete argument to a certain answer. anyone can come up with their own answer based on their own logical arguments. they should have provided with another number in the series to quell other possibilities

It could be anything... there isnt enough info to derive a formula for
this sequence.  you need to provide the numbers in the sequence before
11 to arrive at some kind of rule.
