But why is that the case? I've done some research on this matter and by and large it seems that email disclaimers are not enforceable for a number of reasons, top of which being common sense. If i'm not supposed to read a particular email how can I read the disclaimer without reading the email? Especially if the disclaimer is at the end? Its actually a requirement in most countries now, in the EU (I know Germany for sure!), you have to even put your physical address for the company on the disclaimer
