Safaricom rates: from 12 tonight, PrePay customers to pay KS 4/- pmin for Safcom -Safcom calls btw 8am -10pm +KES 2/- pmin fr 10pm -8 am. Calls to other Networks 5 shillings.I predict other Networks raising rates by Next Week..what are your thoughts ?
