[Skunkworks] Migrating from the traditional tape drive back up to disk based solution

We are in the process of migrating from the traditional tape drive back up to disk based solution , currently we are using MS Sql 2012 which does not support tape back up, we are looking for a disk solution and I was wondering if you have solution for this .
