What is a hard start? Like pressing down the START button with a big stone (Gor Mahiaism) and then waiting? ;-) Or simply power off the device, remove the battery, take a deep breathe, return the battery, close cover, power up? This we did. At some point we were even asked for IMEI, BB PIN, phone number, company name, etc.. I have even visited the Airtel Care(less) Centre at Sarit with one of the BBs and the ka-gal there said we just wait.....

Airtel CSExecs keep saying it is a problem on their end, and keep taking details when you call them, to be passed to the ICT people within Airtel, who are supposed to call back, but who never will!!
Is this a sign of the times for Airtel?
Is anyone on this forum affected by this Airtel Blackberry outage?? How comes I have not heard anyone else grumbling? :) Perhaps it's just my colleagues?
