[Skunkworks] VMware IP Address Issue

Hey, My VMware guest keeps getting a different IP address every time I reboot it. I am having to keep amending my hosts config on the host OS to for name resolution. What could be the problem? Specs: Host: Windows 8, 64 bit Guest: Centos 6 - 64bit VMware Version: VMware Player 6.0.0 PS: I realize there is another VMware thread. Unrelated. Didn't feel like hijacking :)
