I can't believe this, but then again, why am I ever shocked when I see such strange incompetence in our country? I wish we would all just aim for excellence and not just sit around doing nothing as shown by the ERB, who never bothered to review the courses and the lecturers like, I don't know, DECADES AGO? Is corruption so rampant that university boards just hire anyone to teach such crucial courses? I thought a lecturer has to at least have a Masters degree in the course he is taking to even be considered as a lecturer. This is just a portrayal of how corrupt and complacent our country is. Yes, all of us! My heart goes out to these poor guys who did these courses, and especially those who are still doing them. So what now? should they switch courses midway? Do they have to start from scratch? Where is the money? Or has ERB planted a gigantic money tree in their backyard? Or should I blame the Government? Who is to blame? This is so sad
