Is it ever possible for a single company to dig and lay the fibre with a crazy huge bandwidth where everybody else &quot;hires&quot; from this single entity?<div><br></div><div>Everytime these goons dig up trenches for fibre I have to repair the fence one way or the other..... any ideas?</div>
