Whoever does it or how it is done or through whom doesn't really matter here, at least for the OP. His contention wasprobably with the fact that it's gonna happen (ethics), not knowing that it's been happening already anyway. For instance, how do you suppose the Police were able to pinpoint the individuals who compromised the e-mail accounts of the ICC witnesses?

participated in the workshop on Cybersecurity having applied thorugh

the debate is about Kenya Computer Emergency Response Centre , the
public needs to be given the right information on What KCERT is, its
